Rights arising from personal data processing

The User shall have rights on the website https://form24.es/ , and therefore it can exercise the following rights specified in the RGPD in relation to the Person Responsible for Data Processing:

 

  •            Right to access: The User shall have the right to receive confirmation of whether https://form24.es/ processes its personal data, and, in case of an affirmative answer, to receive information about its specific personal data and processing, which https://form24.es/ has carried out or is carrying out, as well as, among other things, available information on the origin of such data and the recipients of messages made or planned for such data.

  •            Right to data portability: If the processing is carried out by automated means, the User shall have the right to receive from the Person Responsible for Data Processing its personal data in a structured, generally accepted and machine-readable format, and to transfer them to another Person Responsible for Data Processing. If technically possible, the Person Responsible for Data Processing shall transfer the data directly to that other Person Responsible for Data Processing.
  •            Right to object: It is the User’s right not to process its personal data or to stop their processing by the site https://form24.es/ .
  •            Right not to be the subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling: It is the User’s right not to be the subject of an individualized decision based solely on automated processing of its personal data, including profiling, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

Complaints to the supervisory authority

In case of Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency is such supervisory authority (http://www.agpd.es).

It is necessary for the User to read and to agree to the personal data protection terms contained in this Privacy and Cookie Policy, as well as to consent to processing of its personal data so that the Person Responsible for Data Processing can proceed with their processing in the specified manner, within the specified time limits and for the specified purposes. The use of the Website shall imply acceptance of its Privacy and Cookie Policy.
